CHRISTIAN MThere was no dolly available. I had to rent separate from an equipment rental company at considerable cost and inconvenience. Additionally mileage for fuel purposes was hard to figure out. Instead of returning the truck on full it was an odd measurement. Staff were helpful and friendly despite the quirks. Not sure I’d usual again
MARJORIE MI made a two day booking. After pickup it showed as a one day pickup. After returning the unit I was charged an extra $20 for the rental and then an extra $10 for additional insurance. At the end of the day I was charged $30 more than the original booking showed.
SHAWN CBig hic up here I rented the Uhaul Toronto to parksville, they decided after all the driving across Canada , unpacking, that I should keep on going another 1.5 hours to drop off in port alberni . I did not parksville took it from me 5 minutes away!

ANDREW BWe ordered 2 furniture dollys and got an email the morning of that they did not have them which was stressful as we are from the mainland and moving my grandmother's stuff that passed away. Fortunately the staff were lovely and went out of their way to find some for us. We also did not know that the back door did not lock, nor did it come with a lock for us. We also did not know there would be 0 straps in the truck to load things and secure them. We had to go and get a lock from homedepot at 9pm on our way back from the ferry. So as nice as the people were at this location the whole process was quite stressful and uhaul didnt prepare help prepare us. Fairly disappointed in that but the truck itself was fine.

Karen LThe location was easily accessed, and the trailer was clean and ready. The staff was less than cordial. The other issue I have is that we were not told at the time of booking that we may not be able to get it at the location closest to us. We had to drive over an hour to pick up the car hauler.

DOUGLAS GRear roll up door latch doesn’t line up with bottom lock stop on bottom of opening, to close properly without any clearance of ease.

LYLE RHave everything advertised available at all locations. They didn't have an appliance dolly and it was a problem.
BRADFORD BStaff was very helpful and courteous. On the other hand, the online app for taking pictures of damage is useless. Try to take a closeup pic and it all goes to hell. Do better uhaul.com

DOUGLAS GWayne was very helpful setting up the order for one of their auto transports. It was ready for me when I arrived, we hooked it up and away I went. This is a great auto transport. Easy to load a car onto it and easy to pull.

RICHARD LLocation in parkville didn't fill the oil and it was running rough for more then half the drive until I added oil to it, it made the trip an extra 5+ hours due to how rough it ran up or down any hills, and I was driving through bc so that's all it is and it made it so I had to get a hotel and get to my destination a day late, next time make sure the location actually adds oil to the truck or install a dip stick so you can actually check those things
