They said in store my total cost was $85. They charged me $100 then 6 days later decided to refund me $12 and then an hour or 2 later they took the $12 back? I even left more gas in it then when I got it so that’s bs. I’ll be renting from a different location next time if I decide to use uhual again.

This was not the original pick up location. The original location gave our truck away in front of us and then told us that our truck was not dropped off. Then told us that he would help us find another Uhaul. When he did it was another 10 minutes out of our way. When we picked up the uhaul we asked for the drop off location to be changed and was told we can drop it off at any location.

When I put gas in truck it was leaking gas from the fill line.. I put a total of 20 gallons in and about 2 quarts leaked out during fill. Not the dealer in Etowhas fault if they were not aware.

I won't rent from u haul again bad experience all the way around. The company was not open at the time of my reseevation; they never checked the truck out and the customer service was like they hated fooling with the ryder trucks. our truck leaked inside the cab and the inside of the mothers attic.. I will not use uhaul again.
