You need more than Yes or No responses. I never went inside the building, so I don't know the answer to the first question. The person who accepted the return was very nice, and I had no problem returning it. The only negative is that the webpage and notice on the front door of the office states Sat and Sun 9-2 pm hours. However, on weekends it appears a person is not physically there sometimes, so you have to call the number on the door for someone to come over, if you want to get a receipt that a trailer was returned. Overall, a good experience, and I will definitely use both locations in the future, when I need a one-way rental to Cleveland.

Kadeem HI rented this trailer with the option that it is rented for 24hrs . I repeatedly told the lady I rented it from it would be returned later in the day then after I left I get called from uhaul asking me to return it by 615 same day . If this is the bullshit service I will be getting after I paid for 24hr rental it may be my last rental with uhaul I am not happy with this situation at All!!!!!

Michael SEveryone was super helpful. The lady there helped me fix my reservation so that I was able to drop the truck off at the same place that I picked it up at. She even made a call to her manager after hours, it was much appreciated. Thank you.
Kyle LWas supposed to have moving blankets in the truck and there were none there. Waited over an hour until after 9am and still nobody was at the location. Left at 9:05 as I was already late for my move.
DANIEL GWhen I registered for the truck, it asks if you would like to do either mobile or counter pickup. I chose counter because I prefer person to person when renting a vehicle. When we got to the Solon, OH location at our specified time the place was CLOSED, even though online and a sign on the door stated on Saturdays it was open 9am - 2pm. We got there at 10am. It was very stressful since we had been booked to move that day, and needed to get things going that day. Between being on hold, and speaking to 2 different UHaul representatives, after approximately 45 minutes we were able to get moving along on our own. I would never rent from this facility again

Jeffrey DI was immediately greeted upon walking in. Erica is the only name I could catch but all three of the wonderful ladies helped me make my reservation. They insured my pick up location, that what I was moving would fit into the U-Haul, helped me extend my reservation time and did it all with smiles and laughter. I have used other locations in the past but will never go anywhere else. Thank you ladies!
