The place i was scheduled to drop off was closed the day of. Super annoying. Found a poorly placed sign stating to just leave the Uhaul there. 4 days later I got a call wondering why I didn't return the Uhaul. Fortunately i took pictures of the trailer dropped off in front of the business because i basically had to leave a trailer unlocked and open for the taking to anyone. In addition the break lights and signal lights stopped working mid trip. It was a rusted out trailer so I am not surprised. The text sent from Uhaul stating existing damage led me to a web link i could not open and got a prompt stating that the web page no longer exists. Finally, upon the initial puck up of the trailer it took over an hour to put the paperwork through the Uhaul system because the system was not working. This was an incredibly poor Uhaul experience.

I had no issues with this location. The people taking my reservation over the phone totally messed up.. I was quoted a different price then what it actually was at pickup. I repeatedly asked to make sure what i was getting for the price when made my reservation. There was $400 discrepancy. I called the main office from the bonnyville location to resolve. They said they would change it in the system on there end.. NEVER happened.. i will be looking at other providers in the future

The agent was very friendly. She seemed to do a good job of hooking up to trailer, but when we went to load the van on it the front of it flung up, she had not tightened the hitch onto the ball of the truck. Also when the van was loaded we noticed that there was a flat tire. A pice of metal was removed and the tire fixed.

Better inventory if possible. I booked a 6 x 12 but got 4 x 8. Not the location's fault, of course.

She wasn't present. I did not see sign about calling regarding drop off. But she called me to confirm drop off. The UHAUL App told me what to do to drop off but it didn't work. No notice was provided to the Drop off location that I had dropped it off. She charged me $100 late charge but because she called me we worked this out satisfactorily.

I reserved the uhaul in bonnyville because it was the closest location to st. Paul. I called off road perfection to confirm my reservation. He said there was no record of my reservation and he would call the 1800 number. I never heard back so I called the 1-800 number myself. Uhaul call centre said I would have to pick up my uhaul in cold lake as there wasn't one available in bonnyville. The next day offroad perfection called and said I had a uhaul in bonnyville and had to cancel one in cold lake. I was moving to wabasca and the closest drop off location was out of the way so I asked to return to bonnyville. I didn't realize the extreme cost to do that, offroad perfection said I could drop off in slave lake but then they said never mind they had the uhaul booked the next day. Shouldn't uhaul make it affordable for long distance moves, especially when you pay your own gas anyway.

When dropping off the trailer, the gentleman that was there to pick up the trailer to transport it to cold lake, he was extremely rude, and “in your face” crude. He was not understanding at all. Crystal and grant from the Bonnyville location are amazing and there customer service was by far the absolute best...

It appears the pickup information was different than what was booked and what I picked up. From being accused by UHC directly of not returning with the correct fuel level (even though it was returned with slightly higher than what I had rented it at) to fighting over final totals and the pickup/total for the rental didn't match with what I had rented. Wasted a lot of time trying to get things fixed with UHaul Support Call Centre and ongoing emails. Will never rent from UHaul again.

I had a very difficult time renting it. Could not make reservation for more than 4 days. I called in and was on hold for an hour and finally got it changed. Then the changes disappeared when I picked it up. Paid the extra fees. Then on drop off they tried to bill me again for the extra days. I was 4 hrs late and had to pay extra day, which I expected but then also had to pay extra 10 for insurance. Nickel and dime extra fees at every turn. Spent 1 hr cleaning the inside before I could even load it. Pop dirt and cigarette buts in it. Gross. Terrible service at every turn.
