1. Clear snow. Especially in front of the key drop off box. 2. Don't charge milage overages for when customers get stuck in the snow IN FRONT of the drop off location. Next time we will leave it there for you to handle.Kevin G.

I waited till 12 on Sunday when the uhaul said it would be open . When I arrived there was still no one there I had to phone a different number then the one I was giving. The lady on the phone told me to park it by the others and to just send a picture, so I did. I got a text on Monday saying I had to return back there which is 30 min drive one way to fold the blankets. No where in the trailer or contract does it say those have to be returned folded. I informed the lady I didn't have time but I would have to because I didn't want to be charged. When I tried to get to the bottom of this blanket Problem of why I wasn't informed. The 2 uhaul places blamed each other . The lady in Bonnyville ended up yelling at me and telling me to grow up. I did return to fold the blankets but no where does it say that do I had to drive an hour out of way and get yelled at and cut down. if I was informed when I picked up or when I dropped off i would have done it. I did not have a good uhaul rental experience. I will not be renting from uhaul every again and I don't think my friends and family will be eitherAmber K.

I was charged 1262.00 dollars for renting the trailor which was old but fuctional when i was under the impression a 4 dayrental was in the 800 dollar range' this is a huge ripoff ' i didnt want to buy the trailir just rent it and i dropped it off a day early and was also under the impression i would only be charged for days I used the trailer I will never recommend U-Haul to anybody I feel hugely ripped off I've rented before from U-Haul and was reasonably satisfied with the rates but they Jack the rates up Korbel the pay that for 3B rentalJerry G.

Crystal was great - showed me issues and that maintenance was not done on the vehicle since May. I drove 1200 Km and the office at start point said all is good to go. I know next time (if there is one) to expect from pickup location so there won't be any issues on drop off.Bruce C.
We rented a 20 ft truck...got a 15 ft. We rented an appliance dolly. It was not available. The attendant had it at her home. She said the wheels were not working properly but we could use it if we wanted to. We did use it and had no issues with it. Her only saving grace is that she didn't charge us for it. The location and equipment were what was expected. The attendant was awful. No customer service at all!!! I would rather have gone all the way to Edmonton and paid the extra mileage and paid the extra mileage and fuel if I had known she was so lazy! There were other customers picking up their rental as well and they were not given what they rented either. The attendant here needs to go!!!Michelle G.

I dealt with Crystal from Bonnyville.. She was late on meeting time... She over charged me ...and she does not return her calls . The location is not always open for Uhaul business or to get a hold of anyone. I would definitely recommend a different location for your business and someone who actually wants to work and be proud of the Uhaul company and make money .kim L.

She was very friendly in leaving me a written detailed of what to do once I was there to collect my Pick Up. She was awesome. As well she left me her personal phone for any help needed on the way. I will never use this particular location again as long as I use uhaul. They processed a check to the incorrect address for deposit return. I paid cash and now will wait to see if ever I get the deposit returned to me completely pissed off never againken S.
The staff at the Bonnyville location were very friendly to deal with (especially compared to the uhaul staff at the contact center) and were very apologetic for the filthy trailer I had moved my stuff in, which caused my white couch to require a thorough cleaning.Ashley R.

Pick up date and place was changed and I wasn't notified. Spoke with original place of pick up (3 guys Car Wash, lloydminster) and the attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. After speaking with Uhaul dispatch, I had to drive 177 km to pick up the nearest trailer. Was given a few days at no charge for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.Tyler G.

Everytime i'm renting to this location there are a lot of issue's this is my 2nd time that i rented here and my appointment was 11 am june 15 2019 and it took me around 11:45 just to get the vehicle because someone has used it i was using the truck share wondering why the vehicle wasnt being detected by the app because the vehicle was used by other customer i was kept on hold with the customer service over the phone just to walk me on how to pick up the vehicle, and i ordered 2 dolly but there was only 1, i immediately phoned the customer service to report this issue, when i returned the vehicle the next day on june 16,2019 4:30 pm i returned the vehicle with gas over way over when i get it and i was double charge for the mileage from bonnyville to leduc, if i made a mistake inputting the mileage they have the photo to take the evidence to take a look at it from bonnyville my km reading was 172200 reaching to leduc up to 172389 , i personally made a mistake inputting a wrong mileage of 173389 instead of 172389, it was a drop off so i had to do it myself and it was all documented, when i check my account how come that i had too much charged by the offroad protection and the uhaul here in leduc, uhaul are satellite monitored and gas monitored what we consume and used in their mileage we send photos of it, the funny part is if didnt even get an invoice from offroad protection hence i get the contract here in leduc, i had a vip of 25 dollar but i had to used it after all the transaction that i had made.Frederick M.
