Booked a U-Haul for 0930 and when we got there the doors were locked and they said they had no rentals for 0930. She said it was booked for 1030 but in our agreement it said 0930, she said to come back at 1030 so we came back at 1015 to get things ready to go at 1030 as we had to move this day the lady said “is it 1030” so we had to leave again and not come back until right at 1030. Still charged us the whole 6 hours. Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone.
