The website said I needed 1 7/8 hitch, 20 min before arriving I was told that I needed a 2”, and a helper to load the trailer as the trailer didn’t have a jack. The 2” ball hitch was for my safety-I appreciate that. The UHAUL website should update their req- if it is safer why is there a range. Also. Every trailer should have a jack. The trailer is so heavy, theres nothing stated about not having one. I was doing this by myself and it made it very stressful to figure out when I had to drive 40 min away from my location for pick up to find I needed help.
Rachel CWe couldn't be happier with the service we received from Crystal and Grant at Offroad Perfection! We had a rush situation and were travelling from Calgary to Cold Lake. Had to pick up a trailer with a very tight timeline, and we were incredibly impressed with how helpful they were. Once we arrived, they had everything in order, and Grant was a huge help with hooking up the trailer and providing everything we needed. We highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals. Couldn't be happier with the service and their caring personalities!
Donna PThe facility worker was awesome to deal with. Uhaul as a company was not! Changed the pickup location without talking to me in person so I showed up to the wrong location but the lady in Bonnyville was able to help us and she was pleasant to deal with
Ashley CI guess the service could be more professional. Also I guess communication could be improved. For instance, In equipments I selected dolly but nobody informed me that there is no dolly at that location. I was surprised when I opened the truck there was no dolly and the dolly was very important for my move and nobody informed me about that. On the other hand when I called the location nobody answered which is understandable because it was 7:30am in the morning. However around 10:00am when I get the call back instead of having professional communication the lady simply said if I could have one still I would not come at that time (early in the morning). Concluding all I would say the location could be more polite and professional while have conversation with the clients. Thanks!
