There was a discrepancy with what I was told the cost was vs what I was paying for on the day of pickup, and there was multiple pickup time changes. The unit wasn’t clean inside or out, I had to ensure hanging wires were secured before I accepted the trailer. There isn’t any help to hook up, which is needed because the trailers don’t have jacks, and the hitch must be lifted onto yours.

Angelique WThe website said I needed 1 7/8 hitch, 20 min before arriving I was told that I needed a 2”, and a helper to load the trailer as the trailer didn’t have a jack. The 2” ball hitch was for my safety-I appreciate that. The UHAUL website should update their req- if it is safer why is there a range. Also. Every trailer should have a jack. The trailer is so heavy, theres nothing stated about not having one. I was doing this by myself and it made it very stressful to figure out when I had to drive 40 min away from my location for pick up to find I needed help.

Had to pick up a trailer with a very tight timeline, and we were incredibly impressed with how helpful they were. Once we arrived, they had everything in order, and Grant was a huge help with hooking up the trailer and providing everything we needed. We highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals. Couldn't be happier with the service and their caring personalities!
