I had an order for just over $1500 for my truck. I was charged $1700 and change. I wanted to pickup on 6315 36st on Wed the 4th. I was called AFTER I booked that I would have to pickup on Tuesday the 3rd at a different location. This caused over 100km of extra travel as the truck I picked up, was “not allowed to leave the city” so had to go to ANOTHER location and pickup a DIFFERENT truck. I was told I would be given a discount and an extra day. I THEN had to pick up the Trailer at ANOTHER location on a DIFFERENT day. It took over 4 hours just to pickup a truck that I PRE BOOKED and still paid over $200 more than I was quoted. Then when I returned the truck I was charged an EXTRA DAY even though I returned it a day earlier than I had booked it for. Ridiculous. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.
