While the equipment, truck, was clean. I the overall process of getting the truck too way longer than it needed to as the gas station attendant checked out 11 people although I was the 2nd person in line originally. The station had no additional equipment to use. I requested a dolly the store had none. Further, when I received the truck the tank was empty and the clerk was aware of this. Mind you, the location is very sketchy and safety should be looked into regarding this location. The customer service representatives were kind and efficient in helping resolve the issues but overall a very disappointing experience.
