This is not location fault I assume. I chose jan 2 as pick up date. Chose this location as one that would be open. Chose time when they would be open. Called U-Haul to confirm that location would be open. Came - location is closed. Called U-Haul spoke with very rude operator who told me to download an app and that she does not have time to talk.

I made my reservation in Seymour at Luedeman's. They ensured me that they would find me the truck at one of the local dealers in Seymour if they did not have the 15' truck at their site. That didn't happen. Instead, I get an 8 am call from one of your dealers in Columbus asking me to pick it up there. I am in the middle of a major move of my parent's estate and the last thing I needed was to try and find someone to drive me to Columbus to pick up a truck. Put yourself in my shoes. How would that feel for you with everything going on and little time to get things loaded and out of the home by the end of the month. So wasn't happy. He also clocked me in at 10am for it to be returned. I did not finish signing the papers until 10:45am! And then I told him I could not return the truck that early. My initial plans was to pick up the truck in Seymour at 1pm for it to work on the time of my return the next day, therefore, my plans to get it returned had to be later than at 10:45 am. I told him I would be able to return it by noon but no later and he said that was fine.

The gentleman who checked me out on Oct 14 was very friendly, quick and customer oriented. I was picking up a 6x12 trailer. He prepared the paperwork, hooked my vehicle to the trailer, even volunteered to check all the lights (signal, break and fog lights) without my asking. I was leaving super impressed and delighted within 15 minutes of stepping into the receiving desk. Granted that I filled in all necessary information on the website before I came to Ogle, still, this service experience is the best I have had in 15 years of renting through U-haul. Unless Ogle closes down, I am not going to any other U-haul store within the state! I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could.

The vehicle was dirty and expecially the windshield inside and out. There was no walk around to determine damage before taking the vehicle. There was half a tank of gas.

Ogle Uhaul was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I called the number on Saturday and Tony Darnall answered. He was so nice and helpful!! He not only met my husband for pick up of the trailer, he helped me find a drop off location. The customer service I experienced was above expectations.

I arrived at the key box and found that the key was for a smaller mini van. I needed a 10ft truck as I had reserved for. So I called the u haul customer service and very rude and unwilling agent gave me the mobile number to reach at. I called and the phone was off. So I called the service again. Another rude and unfriendly lady finally got me the right key after a lot of struggles. Mistakes happen. But the rude customer service people can go find some other job.

Very friendly staff who recommended that I get the vehicle insurance. Normally I would not but they pointed out how inexpensive and hasslefree a claim would be, so I purchased it. Had a very good experience with the U-hall cargo van.

Put jacks on the tongue of trailers, so when dropping off when store is closed the customer can disconnect easily.

The windshield wiper was broken ( replaceable blade had a broken clip) - fortunately I didn't need to use them. I discovered this when washing windows before leaving on my trip. The front right tire was low ( alert popped up on dash ) - I was able to air up at home before leaving ( pressure was 40# - the driver side was 70# so I matched it) I passed this information off the the drop off location

Ogle's is a terrific place for U-Haul rental. The guys are friendly, great to work with, helped me hook up the trailer, and overall did everything they could to insure I was satisfied. Will definitely rent from them again.

Everyone at Ogles was extremely friendly, competent, and helpful. I definitely wasn't the most knowledgeable customer ever so I was grateful for their expertise and patience. The UHaul was clean and they helped us hook it up quick, and the storage areas were similarly clean. Overall a really good experience.

This place seemed more neat and clean. I just dropped the truck off in the middle of the night so I didn't get to talk to anyone but it was easily accessible.

The process of renting a uhaul is tiring. I had to submit my drivers license photo at least 5 times and every pic I took was a clear picture. It was about a 20 min process. Too long for me.

The truck was in serious need of front end maintenance. The steering was very loose and the inside smelled like cigarettes. The cargo area was very dirty! I have pictures of this. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the cargo area before I would consider putting my property inside. I called to inform the employee at the pick up location and he didn't seem to care his reply was “ ok I'll charge the last person to use it a cleaning fee” I'm the one that cleaned it! Shouldn't that cleaning fee be credited back to me ? That makes no sense.

Kindly look at the steering of the car. It was somewhat difficult to get get the car to go straight at one steering position causing swaying movement for most of the journey. Other than that, everything from picking up to dropping of the vehicle was excellent

I have nothing but great things to say about Ogle's. The service was great. The staff came in over a weekend (outside of normal business hours) to help work out a scheduling conflict that occurred due to U-Haul's system glitch. This would be a 5-star review for sure if U-Haul's system did not allow a double-booking of our vehicle which resulted in us getting our vehicle a full 3.5 hours after the pick-up time that we scheduled on the 24/7 app. U-Haul's 24/7 system allowed a double-booking of the vehicle for some reason. We had a reservation in the system using the 24/7 app. It was all approved and reserved to pickup a 11 AM. However, U-Haul's systems allowed another user to reserve the same vehicle until 2PM on that same day. U-Haul needs to do a much better job of getting their booking systems (24/7 app, website, and in-person dispatchers) on the same page to avoid double-booking. Luckily, we happen to not be on a super tight schedule that day and we were able to accommodate the delay caused by their system.
