Ogle's was fantastic. They were very accommodating when UHaul dropped the ball on my one-way rental. This is my 2nd time using them and they are dependable with equipment that is in good working condition. The 10' truck I rented did have 93k miles on it when I picked it up and given that we had 4 hrs of driving ahead, I was a bit concerned. We had no issues whatsoever with the truck though. Just know that you're driving a large tin box... every pothole and bump on the highway gives you the impression the thing is going to come apart. My experience with UHaul as the rental interface through which I made my reservation was a disaster. I booked a one-way rental between West Lafayette and Columbus to move some college furniture over one month in advance. Someone from UHaul called me the morning before to tell me they didn't have a truck available but they were 'happy to work with me to find another option'. How nice of them to offer to torpedo my Memorial Day holiday weekend plans. After 45 min on the phone which included comments like 'we don't even look at one-way reservations until the day before' and 'I can't make a reservation through that UHaul office, sorry, as they're not a part of our marketing group... but I can transfer you over there if you like?' and an offer to pick up a rental truck that was 40 min away from my original pick-up location, I must admit that my frustration was at the boil-over point. The gal with whom I was working also didn't care that I had a prior reservation with a committed price. UHaul was screwing me on a reservation commitment and she was providing options that were over $100 higher than my committed price yet this seemed irrelevant and out of her control, and she just kept feeding me options as though I was calling the day before my rental need with no prior reservation. I finally had to admit to myself that if I was going to complete my move on Sat as planned and keep my Sun/Mon plans I would just have to suck it up and reconcile the price difference with UHaul on the back end. This was certainly not a great way to start a holiday weekend nor will I be using or recommending UHaul for one-way moves in the future. Very disappointing experience. Again, none of this had anything to do with the Ogle's location from which I ended up picking up the eventual UHaul truck that I used for the move. Ogle's was fantastic and very accommodating.

Brent BMy cost said 99 they charged 179 that the heck. My son used the same place the battery was dead and they showed up three hours later this is the worst place ever. If I don't get a refund I will take this place to court. So not use they are a scam.
DAVID WWebsite needs some bugs fixed. Had to contact the live agent twice to make it work. The truck needed maintenance done for the "TOW/HILL" control.
