My cost said 99 they charged 179 that the heck. My son used the same place the battery was dead and they showed up three hours later this is the worst place ever. If I don't get a refund I will take this place to court. So not use they are a scam.
DAVID WWebsite needs some bugs fixed. Had to contact the live agent twice to make it work. The truck needed maintenance done for the "TOW/HILL" control.
Mauricio LService from Ogles Storage was a pleasant experience. However my reservation was made at another local location, Lanning Automotive & Tire. I visited Lanning Automotive on April 23rd the day before my scheduled rental to confirm tow hitch diameter size. When I visualized the tow dolly that was reserved I noticed the wiring harness had multiple severed wires. I called this out to the administrator which replied that they were aware of issue and would be a simple repair. The following daynApril24th, I arrived at Lanning Automotive to retrieve my rental tow dolly. When confirming reservation with the administrator he stated that he just tried to contact me because the reserved tow dolly had a wiring issue and he changed my reservation to another location on the other side of town. This delay / detour put me behind schedule of picking up my vehicle which was also at a scheduled time. The administrator at Lanning automotive failed me by procrastinating the repair that they well knew about ahead of my arrival. Piss poor professionalism. Come on man you can do better! Regards H.
JOE HThe truck that was assigned to me was there but there were no keys, they had multiple sets of keys in each box and I spent an hour on the phone to final take a different smaller truck. I would think uhaul would provide more boxes, so there would be less confusion and issues with people take the wrong keys.
