Everything was fairly simple but still annoying at the same time. I've got mobility problems and can barely walk even with a cane. Both pick up and return had to walk to door to scan code then back to truck then back to key box. The return was worse. It was pouring rain and heavy wind turning umbrella inside out while hobbling on a cane anyway.... go to door to scan the stupid location code, back to truck to take pictures, back to door to drop keys. Pouring rain...can't walk...both hands full and you want me to try to open the back to take pictures. You got 2 random pictures to appease the stupid app before my hip totally gave out and I fell down again. Less hassle on the app or actually staff your locations during rental hours.Brian H.

This is not location fault I assume. I chose jan 2 as pick up date. Chose this location as one that would be open. Chose time when they would be open. Called U-Haul to confirm that location would be open. Came - location is closed. Called U-Haul spoke with very rude operator who told me to download an app and that she does not have time to talk.michael P.

I made my reservation in Seymour at Luedeman's. They ensured me that they would find me the truck at one of the local dealers in Seymour if they did not have the 15' truck at their site. That didn't happen. Instead, I get an 8 am call from one of your dealers in Columbus asking me to pick it up there. I am in the middle of a major move of my parent's estate and the last thing I needed was to try and find someone to drive me to Columbus to pick up a truck. Put yourself in my shoes. How would that feel for you with everything going on and little time to get things loaded and out of the home by the end of the month. So wasn't happy. He also clocked me in at 10am for it to be returned. I did not finish signing the papers until 10:45am! And then I told him I could not return the truck that early. My initial plans was to pick up the truck in Seymour at 1pm for it to work on the time of my return the next day, therefore, my plans to get it returned had to be later than at 10:45 am. I told him I would be able to return it by noon but no later and he said that was fine.denise S.
The gentleman who checked me out on Oct 14 was very friendly, quick and customer oriented. I was picking up a 6x12 trailer. He prepared the paperwork, hooked my vehicle to the trailer, even volunteered to check all the lights (signal, break and fog lights) without my asking. I was leaving super impressed and delighted within 15 minutes of stepping into the receiving desk. Granted that I filled in all necessary information on the website before I came to Ogle, still, this service experience is the best I have had in 15 years of renting through U-haul. Unless Ogle closes down, I am not going to any other U-haul store within the state! I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could.Michael P.
I wasn't told to have a 2â€ ball on my truck, and they did not offer one to sell either. I had to delay my move to find a hardware store and buy the ball.robert T.
The vehicle was dirty and expecially the windshield inside and out. There was no walk around to determine damage before taking the vehicle. There was half a tank of gas.Curtis M.
