Well my original reservation was at Lanning Automotive in Columbus, IN. I arrived there and started my check in and found out I could not rent a 10 foot truck from there because it had been returned too late by the previous customer. There was no communication about this ahead of my arrival on Sunday morning at 9 am. So I had to go across town for a rental at Ogle's, I was just glad they had a 10 foot truck to rent.

Carlos MThe check engine light was on when I picked it up. Driving down the road it started missing out and the engine light started flashing.
Jerry TThe truck I used was a 2016 model, I have gotten use to the newer models and didn't have an AUX cord. This isn't a big deal. The truck hit 100,000 miles while I was using it and has soften suspension that the newer lower mileage trucks. The newer trucks have USB and bluetooth while the older trucks have 12V outlets and AUX plug-ins.
JERRY JAddress was not posted. There were several buildings on that road with the same company with U-Hauls. App was ridiculous taking over an hour of my time before getting U-Haul and returning! I have never had so much trouble renting a truck before. I will stick with Penske from now on!!
