The truck was ready when we asked for it; customer service was excellent; I had to change my reservation two times, and they were understanding and courteous.
DEBRA LI know it wasn’t their fault but I didn’t get any of the extras I had reserved or the correct size truck. Due to the customer before me bringing the truck back late. Also still waiting for my credit to appt to my card.
Becky MStaff is always friendly and super helpful at ogles. However the back of the truck reaked of pee smell and the top part that covers the driving part leaks somewhere.
TIFFANY EMany aspects of the vehicle were below average for doing an online pickup where you could not speak with someone regarding them. Passenger door would not open from outside, tow-haul was stuck in the on position, dirty walls inside box area, driver door would not latch properly. Overall condition of vehicle was extremely poor and should be serviced before being rented out to customers.

JESSICA D1.- Turck had a small engine oil leak that stained my driveway. 2.- Scheduled pickup location did not had the reserved truck. I received a call 2 hours before schedule pickup to go to another location for pickup. Thank you for the call and for resolving the issue.
LEONCIO VThe cab of the truck looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. It would have been nice to rent the truck with a clean cab. My rental was only 1-2 days, so it's not that big of a deal.
CHRISTOPHER SIt was not an inviting area to say the least. It needs better lighting and a designated drop off /pick up area It was after hours so no one was in the shop. Not fair to comment on personnel as it WAS after hours. (And I knew they would be closed, as well). Thank you. JML

BARBARA WThe truck I rented was in desperate need of some work the tow haul button didn't work and it shifted at a very high RPM and shifted very violently. It used way more gas than it should because of this. I do enjoy the convenience of the app.

BOBBY BThe truck worked perfectly. This was a newer truck with a backup camera which was very helpful. We rent a truck here every year for our Christmas show Thanksgiving weekend. Ogles Storage has always had what we reserved.
Tommy CMy issue is not with this location itself, but for UHaul overall. I was not told ahead of time there would be an app-only check in process. It took four phone calls and over an hour to figure out how to use the app, which kept giving me errors. I arrived at the location to a locked door without an email with instructions on what to do. It was EXTREMELY frustrating, and the representatives on the phone were not helpful. I only had one bar of cell service at the rural location, making it even more cumbersome to upload photos into the app. It truly should not be this hard to pick up a truck, and if I was not going to be able to speak to a human, someone should have told me ahead of time. I am highly disappointed in this service and will not use it again.

ZACK BI was charged and asked for dollies which help in the moving process but didn't get them now my back is killing me and it took way longer to move because I didn't get them the uhaul they gave me sounded like it didn't wanna shift gears thank goodness I was only going about 15 miles during my move you know as a customer we don't wanna hear excuses why you can't get our order right we want results im so tired of hearing oh well we will give you a refund on those dollies instead we will make it right and get your order to you

Susan BAs with all locations, The drop off locations have instructions for dropping off a truck, but nothing specific about dropping off a trailer.
DANIEL GNot sure why but I had to call uhaul multiple times to get my rental trailer returned when dropping it off after hours. They don’t pick up the phone very often when you want to verify they confirm the returned trailer.

STEVEN LInform the customer of what to expect and how the process works. Just because you make a reservation at this location does not mean you are guaranteed what you reserved or the location you reserved it at. Also the Uhal app itself is a joke. Spent more time on the phone with customer service trying to get things working correctly then I did driving the truck. Will never us uhal again.
Shanna PThe drop of requirements were a little overwhelming as I had to take approximately 10-12 different pictures in order to return the UHaul. I have not had to do this when returning other UHauls. So not sure if this is just for this location. It was frustrating because it was bright sunshine and had to keep walking back to the building to see the screen of the phone and then back to the vehicle.

Katerina WI originally booked a 15-foot U-Haul, but it was later updated to a 20-foot vehicle. I ended up spending three hours at the location just to pick up the vehicle.
Bharat CI didn’t go inside or meet anyone just drop the truck off. Left the keys and the young man called me the next day for my address for my deposit.

Heather GConsidering you sent me to another location and there was no one there to pick up my stuff. And was late and still had to back track to another location which I started from it was ok. The place you sent me should be closed down and never open again.and all you gave me wasa 15 dollars off of the insurance. Which cost me to behind when I had movers waiting on me. Next time I will do my research better
TRAVIS SExplain better on puck up and drop off when place isn't open. Let people know you need to take certain pictures when dropping off before putting key in drop box.
TINA MI requested mobile pickup because Ogle's' has odd hours and was told I would receive a call from a U-Haul representative but never did. When I arrived at 2:45 PM on a Friday, Ogle's was closed and I had no way of getting the truck via the app as the keys were inside the business. Luckily I had thought maybe the mobile pickup wouldn't work out so well, so I waited 15 minutes for them to open up at 3 PM and then found out they only had 1/2 of the furniture blankets I had ordered. Look for another place to rent from if possible.
RICHARD RThe van I rented was dusty everywhere inside..I reported same during vehicle condition check. When I tried reporting that again during vehicle returning procedure, your form tried to put cleaning charges on my card. So I was forced to report van as clean while returning. That's very bad service since you tried making me pay for mess some other customer caused.

Mary POur initial truck that we planned to rent had the keys missing from the lockbox so we were not able to rent it. We had to reschedule our move and contact uhaul directly since the location was closed and not answering. We spent 1 hour on the phone trying to make adjusted plans with a new truck. Finally were able to get something worked out with a new van (not truck). Dispatch team from uhaul did a good job helping us.
