Becky was above and beyond helping me with the rental. Wish customer service was like this everywhere.
ANGELA COur pick up time was 3, we got there 15 minutes early. The young lady stayed on phone until almost 3, then said " your truck just got here 30 minutes ago, let's go take a look at it. It was fithy so she asked us to come back in 10 minutes and she would have ready. 45 minutes later she finally had cleaned. Really put a damper on our move, we lost an hour of daylight trying to load in the dark cause she delayed us.

MANUEL VIt would be nice if the trucks had more fuel. It made the trip more inconvenient only going 60 miles and needing fuel.

ROGER AHad to drive 20 miles (one-way) out of my way just to pick up an auto transport trailer. Even though the Uhaul site let me reserve one in Muskogee, Ok. Drove to Oklahoma Diesel Truck And Tire Repair, Warner, Ok to get one. Becky was polite and helpful before the rental. Afterwards calling and explaining I was over charged AND had a separate unexplained charge she wasn't much help. I was charged a $20 fee for "after hours" even though I picked the trailer up before closing time and returned it before they re-opened the next day. I was also charged a separate charge of $21.86 with no explanation or receipt. My rental was on 06-25-2024, today is 07-12-2024 and still no resolution or contact from Uhaul. I'm not certain if Becky can even make the adjustments that are needed or if it has to be handled by someone at corporate level?. I've never had an issue like this before with Uhaul and it is beyond frustrating.
Christopher HNobody at the drop-off. Nobody answered the phone when trying to tell somebody I dropped the trailer off. Then got a phone call wondering where the trailer was. It was sitting in their lot for over a week.
Art GThis was the worst moving truck I have ever driven because it was so rough. Air ride seats would be an improvement. I believe the prices were way to high. I had to go to a neighboring town to pick up the truck as the place I thought my truck was to be was not there. You did not compensate for my inconvenience. I do not plan to use uhaul in the future.

Steven DThe office wasn't open at 9 when the website says it is. When I spoke with one of the owners, he stated that "they didn't open it up since uhaul didn't call them, and if I am frustrated about it then I should take it up with uhaul." This is the third time it has happened. Won't be back and won't be recommending to anyone.
Anthony EUpdate UHauls lousy operation system. The software seems antiquated and very slow and not user friendly. Perhaps, there is a need to break the system down into much smaller operating regions using independent servers.
