Stop charging a $20 fee if you can’t get it checked in online like you did me. I couldn’t never get it to accept my check in and I got charged $20.

Conduct a walk-around inspection of the vehicle and verify damages or lack thereof to prevent any possibility of charges not related to rental.

Explain the drop off/check out visit to website that avoids the $20 charge. We locked up vehicle and put key in drop box before visiting the site. Good thing my son took picture of odometer etc.. Some do not have smart phones to do the procedure.

The smell was horrible on the back of the van, the previous renter must have transported farm animals or something. I have rented from U -haul before and always had good experience.

Maybe let people know they need to fold the blankets when they return their uhaul or they will be charged. We didnt know that, but luckily the guy told us when we dropped it off (because my husband asked)

Ramp would not come out, jammed, it took the movers 30 minutes to get it to work. At the unload location, the emergency bread light came on and had to call the emergency number, the technician came out and drove the truck and found nothing but the break light was off. This cost me three hours

Please tell people about the After Hours Rental fee. We weren't told about the fee at the time of rental and to see the additional $20 tacked on what a disappointment.

The trailer jack was rusted almost solid. While unloading my vehicle the jack swivel snapped off causing me to cut my hand, fall backwards and strike my head on a trailer behind me. I called the pickup location to advise of the situation (Saturday 6/15/19). I went and had to buy a new bolt just to unload my vehicle (I advised Mostellers l, my drop off location). I have yet to get a call back. I have used U-HAUL for all my moves. I will not be using them anymore based on the customer service I received back.

I left two unused boxes in the back and did nit get credit for them since I did a key drop a,d did not see anyone. Since there was no place to drop them i left them in the truck, they probably kept them and pocketed the refund.
