Great experience Didn’t even have to get out of my vehicle. Met me at the gate and everything was done digitally. Wow.

Edi CA great experience for the most part. We picked up early in the AM and did the self check-in on the app easy enough. But the dollies we reserved were not in the truck. We called when the store opened ant noon and were told the dollies were in the truck, but we took the wrong truck. Odd because this isn’t possible with self check-in. The app tells you which lockbox to open for a key and which truck goes with the key. We drove back and picked up the dollies and moved on. A minor issue, nothing huge.
Paulette CThe team at Old Hickory Buildings in Monroe, NC were great! The young man that assisted me with both pick up and drop off was very helpful and extremely efficient. In and out very quickly. Will definitely use them again.
