It has been raining the past could of days off and on and so when I went to get in the 8' pickup truck, it was parked in mud. In my opinion I would have moved the truck to a dry spot in the rocks. I understand that I was early for the reservation but that's just a small dislike I had. also the mileage is too high that I thought it would be. Overall I would rate my experience.....let's say a 7/10.
SIMONE WOld Hickory Buildings of Monroe, NC is a great place to rent a truck.. it is conveniently located and has a great parking area with plenty of space to manipulate a large truck in and out of the lot. The people are very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to do business with. At this time I have no recommendations for improvement.
phil bThere was a tail light burnt out but otherwise trailer was ok the parking area was muddy but we've had alot of rain
Noel LIt is not a location issue, but the price quoted online, even after I selected insurance, was more than double because the quote did not ask a mileage estimate which more than doubled the quoted price. So went in expecting to pay $59 and instead was billed $106.
