Holly and Sydney were Outstanding. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They really cared about us getting the right vehicle and knowing how to operate it properly. Days later Sydney also assisted with getting me squared away at another location for a cargo van that they didn’t have available at the time. We appreciated them going above and beyond!

The cell service isn't good which makes turning it in almost impossible, but that's not their fault.

ADYL MThis location was exceptional! However, where my original reservation was moved to was a horrible experience. I had requested in person pick up due to using a company phone which does not allow me to download Uhauls app. I was moved to a location that I could only use the app for pick up which caused extreme frustration. I waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes. The person who eventually did answer the phone did a fantastic job of securing a truck at another location and confirming it was available.

Nina CI asked for a van and got a truck. When I got the update from the location, I was already on my way to the location. There is a "check tire pressure" warning on the screen. I was told it was an "aftermarket pressure valve" and not to worry about. I could not figure out how to get the warning removed so that I could view the odometer. I have no idea if I was within the limits that i said I would be, so I have no idea if I am under/overpaying based on mileage.

Madison CIt has been raining the past could of days off and on and so when I went to get in the 8' pickup truck, it was parked in mud. In my opinion I would have moved the truck to a dry spot in the rocks. I understand that I was early for the reservation but that's just a small dislike I had. also the mileage is too high that I thought it would be. Overall I would rate my experience.....let's say a 7/10.
SIMONE WOld Hickory Buildings of Monroe, NC is a great place to rent a truck.. it is conveniently located and has a great parking area with plenty of space to manipulate a large truck in and out of the lot. The people are very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to do business with. At this time I have no recommendations for improvement.

Noel LIt is not a location issue, but the price quoted online, even after I selected insurance, was more than double because the quote did not ask a mileage estimate which more than doubled the quoted price. So went in expecting to pay $59 and instead was billed $106.

EDWARD Di was charged the insurance here ($10.00) after I declined it doing the online check in. The guy said it was a mistake and that he couldn't take it back off so I was just charged $10 buck for nothing on a tow dolly.. this is the 2nd time this has happened when renting from UHaul!! Two different locations...
