I was not happy with the owner of the store when I got my furniture pads six of them were filthy wet and he told me to take them anyhow I was so unhappy because I paid my money to U-Haul. I would not recommend anybody to get a U-Haul from this place ever!!!
ATRINA HThis location is a gas station. The guy at the register was too busy talking to someone on the phone while trying to help me and a customer. Yes the equipment was clean however one of the chains were broken, had to take one off of another trailer. Also the cord to connect to your lights was not able to attach to my truck. However overall, if you use the mobile app to check in its easy and quick at this location.

WAYNE SNo one was available to help us get the trailer onto the truck. It’s very heavy, and if someone was trying to do it by themselves, they probably wouldn’t be able to.

NIGEL DThe U-Haul mobile app has some issues and made the return process less satisfying than my previous experiences. I had good cell signal but the app seemed to have hung when I clicked "Next" after submitting all of the return condition photos. Finally it let me click "confirm location" but confirm location kept hanging. I never did get a confirmation that the return completed successfully yet when I went back to the home page it said "no active rentals", a subtle indication that the return was completed. Also, while submitting this review I kept getting the error "X Please select a response for 'Were the personnel helpful?'" even though I selected "Not Applicable" for "Were the personnel helpful?" becase the drop off location was an unattended drop off location.

Steve MI rented a 15ft truck for 3 days but returned the U-Haul truck in 2 days and never got a refund for that extra day that we didn’t have the rental. We rented from a Friday (9am) til Saturday (7pm)

KYLE BThis location was 30 minutes away. Later I found two locations right in Easley that did have trailers. I was told Easley didn’t accept trailers?????? Very inconvenient after a long drive.
barbara sI drove up with the trailer and they saw me in the video monitor and the only words I heard in English was Trailer Drop Off and I responded yes. Meanwhile the young lady talks to this older gentleman in a foreign language and with hand language I was instructed to drive my vehicle to the rear. Once in the rear with a few other hand signals I was told to drop off the trailer. I had a hard time getting the trailer tongue unhitched the older gentleman than proceeded to actually tighten the trailer and in hand language asked me to lift it up and I said I am not able cause you tightened the trailer hitch so I then I then again made sure the trailer hitch was loose and then I mentioned to him to help me lift the trailer, which he did, then we finally staged the trailer. I will never go back there again.
Al LHave someone there who knows what their doing at the scheduled time of pickup instead of telling you come back in 2 hours. I wasted gas driving around waiting for this person
Glen HThe alignment on one of the vehicles was so bad the vehicle was riding at a 20 degree angle down the road when going straight. Door lock was broken. Basically, if I ever do this again, I will not take a truck with 90k miles on it.
Christopher SOn returning the trailer I was told there was no room and to go somewhere else. I am not from the area, and was under. a Time crunch . Having no room at my designated drop off location is Not my Problem After asking about several open places on the Lot interestingly one became available It would seem U-Haul either needs a better inventory management system or a different customer drop off policy

Melissia SWe did not know nor expect our lives to be in danger before we decided to go with Uhaul for the move. The employee who assisted us with the paperwork did not assist us with setting up the towe to the truck and because of his refusal to help our lives were in danger on the road & our tire was sparking fire from it. Also the steering was not aligned with the wheels on the truck. The back light goes for the trailer came unhooked as we were driving and we do not know how long it was unhooked for. There was also someone else’s trash in the front of the truck so it had not been cleaned on floors or behind seats. A lot of these things would not have happened if the worker at the location which we picked up the truck had bookies up the towe correctly & made sire that we were not going to be in any danger. We drive over 200 miles not knowing the towe in the back had a tire that was dragging for more than 2hours. Definitely want a full refund.
sade tThe lady was extremely rude and talked me like I slow and didn’t understand what she was saying. The check engine light was on and a lot of rattling. When I first booked it I got the one that was 19.95 they charged me for the 39.95. I forgot my wallet in the front seat and they tried to tell me it wasn’t. Will not be going back there!
Niesha KI had a horrible experience. I had to go to different location then what was confirmed. Then had to rent another truck after being told it would pull my travel trailer but after found out there is no way to hook up electric brakes and therefore couldn't tow it. This caused multiple issues and would have been better off going with another company

BRIDGET SThis is just a corner store in the middle of nowhere. There were many other U-Haul reps in the area, but they did not show up as a drop-off. The store employee was no help. We handled everything through our phone, which worked fine. The place was just a store with a grassy lot and a key drop-off box.

Amanda NI dropped the truck off a day early in mid December for a return. They were closing in about an hour. They said they'd check in the truck the next morning. A month later around mid January I get a text asking when I'd be returning the truck. I called the local number and explained the situation and they said they'd check on it. I went back to this location and the truck was exactly where I left it a month before. I went inside and they had the key, so apparently it was never checked in they said. I'm not sure why uhaul didn't notify me before a month later. It took an additional two calls to the local number to finally get it checked in and marked as returned. I wasn't about to receive a bill for $10,000 or whatever for however long a month would have cost. I don't know how uhaul doesn't keep better track of a 26 foot truck that hasn't supposedly been returned for over a month, or how the location didn't notice they had a truck sitting out back that never moved for a month.

Michael WEven though the uhaul was 3/4 of the way full when I picked it up I overfilled it and was charged for it not being full. I also dropped it off 2hrs early and they marked it at being dropped off at the time it was supposed to be dropped. The women had no idea what she was doing and had to phone someone to find out.
Kara RI have NEVER had a good experience with one of your "subcontractors". I had a split dispatch reservation, but the lady here was unable to help me disconnect my car from the dolly or the dolly from your truck. Her partner, over the phone, let me know that he was not able to help me either when he arrives in 90 MINUTES! He suggested I beg for help from strangers, which I did. After incredible difficulty, 3 helpful strangers were able to help me get unhitched. I was then told that I didn't put the dolly in the right space(NO THANKS TO THE STAFF). After returning hours later to return the truck, the guy was there to let me know that he wouldn't accept the truck unless I moved the dolly which I can't operate and he refuses to help me. THIS PLACE STINKS!! I will be sure to follow up this review in as many places possible when I feel like it.

joseph iDon't go here!!! The man that owns this location asked a stranger to hook my car towing to my truck and did not hook my car up properly and then wrote me off when I said something. My car was hanging on to the towing system by two straps. There was other people's items in my truck. He is also unreachable before 3pm because he is not on location but a renter during the day. He was incompetent and I have been unable to get a straight answer from the company about the incident since. Would not even suggest this location to my worst enemy.
