U-Haul corporate customer support is abysmal, but this pickup location was amazing. I spoke with Monte several times and he was kind and flexible with pickup arrangements because my flight in to the pickup location was delayed.

The trucks check engine light was on. The truck had a bad water leak in it. All the moving blankets were soaked. The hand cart was new though.

Malik TAlthough I selected my drop off site when I made my reservation, the app reported an error when I went to return it. I utilized the online chat and talked with Markus. The cite did not have a drop off location listed. He provided me with an available drop off location. Did contactless and never talked with anyone at the store.
