No one was available to help us get the trailer onto the truck. It’s very heavy, and if someone was trying to do it by themselves, they probably wouldn’t be able to.
MARK AVery friendly, took care of everything
NIGEL DThe U-Haul mobile app has some issues and made the return process less satisfying than my previous experiences. I had good cell signal but the app seemed to have hung when I clicked "Next" after submitting all of the return condition photos. Finally it let me click "confirm location" but confirm location kept hanging. I never did get a confirmation that the return completed successfully yet when I went back to the home page it said "no active rentals", a subtle indication that the return was completed. Also, while submitting this review I kept getting the error "X Please select a response for 'Were the personnel helpful?'" even though I selected "Not Applicable" for "Were the personnel helpful?" becase the drop off location was an unattended drop off location.
