Location is a rundown gas station. Other than truck and trailer rentals, has no other moving supplies (boxes, mattress/couch covers, etc) at the site.

The brakes on the truck were in bad condition - I had to be very careful while driving this vehicle. Several times when applying the brakes - the vehicle did not stop immediately and continued to move - likely this vehicle requires new brake pads at the very least. The previous time I rented a truck from this location the gas cap was not able to be secured. The staff was helpful but unfortunately the 2 trucks rented do require some maintenance.

1) It shows the car needs oil change. 2) The drivers' door can not be properly and easily closed. 3) One chip in the front glass shield. I think they need to take care the cargo van and let the customer feels safe and confident.

The u-haul was fine when we got it but because of internet issues at the original location I booked i couldn’t the u-haul at the first location which caused delays in my move.

Did not get the name of the gentleman seeing both at time of pickup and return, but he was very courteous and efficient. Provided excellent customer service by discreetly and quietly doing his job well. He processed my d St tails efficiently on pickup and hooked up my trailer without being asked. On return he was courteous and efficiently had the trailer disconnected and me on my way. I got home and thought “Hey, that guy provided great customer service. He deserves a thumbs up”.

Thr place looks like it is run by two adolescents who don't care about customers only money. I'd hate to get broken down or fun otta gas near there because it looks like a great place to get car jacked or worse. It should shut down

The Staff at the gas station were very pleasant and respectful. What I had an issue was that I was given a truck that only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. did not know this until the vehicle told me I only had 80 km. left. I was informed that this is UHaul's policy. One problem is I could run out of gas. The other is I could have had to fill up twice and also I have no idea how much to fill it up to. Frustrating.

Something is not right as per my understanding. When returning the truck, they keep saying that gas is not at the right level. I don’t think they put any gas into my truck but it shows 7.86 on the pump and they want me to pay separately by Visa card. I said charged on the card on file but they insisted that need to be pay separately. Total kilometres are less than 30. From U-Haul to 26 eton st and from there to 506 copper creek storage and return to U-Haul. Person on duty said this trucks get only 3 kilometres per litre of gas. Anyway this is not the case, but something is fishy with petrol pump and may they charged customers for extra gas that never be filled in the tank but you can see on the screen.

Disgusting and run down gas station. Originally we did not think that this was a real U-Haul location based on its appearance as the state of the exterior and surrounding lot was absolutely abysmal. Owners threatened to charge us $25 if we did not sweep an already CLEAN truck upon return, which we ended up doing, using their equipment at their location. We were also told that we as the customer had to bring all equipment INSIDE the gas station to their storage area (i.e. blankets, appliance dolly, etc.). They however had to count the blankets so they only made us bring the dolly to their storage area. The actual counting of the moving blankets really sealed the deal in for us, as I’ve seen paint dry faster. The unprofessionalism and disregard of our time as customers was incredibly infuriating, making the truck return the most frustrating part of our whole moving process. There was also a hiccup with returning equipment that we were not originally given, but that is not contributing to this review whatsoever. We are very understanding of this part of the rental/return process. I will be requesting a different drop off location if ever assigned to drop off here in the future and will be actively telling friend and family not to rent or return from this location.

The worker was extremely unprofessional and rude. We told the worker we did not need insurance however, the worker secretly charged us for the insurance which is a breach of their contract. We demanded to see the surveillance footage however they refused and continued to deny it. We told them no, no, we do not need insurance. Yet they still charged us. Unbelievable. Scam! Scam! Scam!

My initial pickup timing was 7:00 AM. I went at the location on time and no one was there. I tried to call on the location's phone no several times but phone was out of service. I called U-haul customer service as well but location did not setup the mobile pickup for me. I waited there till 8:20 AM(almost for 1 hr 20 min) and then guy showed up. I asked him why you came late and he told me we usually open at 8:00 AM on sunday. So I asked him when my pickup time was for 7:00 AM, why no one has informed me about that and he started yelling on me instead of being apologies. He told me that if you don't want truck he can cancel my reservation and I can find from somewhere else. I really need the truck at the time so I didn't say a single word at that time. But this was my worst experience with u-hual in last 6 years and never happened with me in past. I would not recommend this location at all to any of my friend and I would also recommend you to check with the location operation hours.
