The prior customer had smoked canabis, unfortunately there was no other van available, I had no choice but to endure the unpleasant smell for 2 days of the usage of the van.
VATCHE DThe personnel where very helpful to us as we had an uhaul online issue that needed to be resolved. It took some time but they got us on our way with minimal delay to our moving plans.
KENNETH JMake sure the fuel tanks are full i only had gas for 150 km .. and since kilometers are limited i think it's unfair that we have to search for a gas station rigth away after picking up the truck but overall everything was okay.
Elson SStaff was helpful and assisted with connecting the trailer and ensuring lights, chains, etc. were all safe.
