The ratchet ls for the straps are so rusted it was difficult to operate. The agent said a walk around wasn't necessary, I somewhat agreed, but in hindsight site I should have as the chrome bracket for the drivers side tail light flew off and the light was dangling when I got to my car. I fixed it with wall anchors best I could to get me home.
