The person who rented it before me returned the truck 30 minutes late. I scheduled this location so I could go in and pick up in person. However, when I returned it, there was nobody at that location, even though it was during their business hours. It took me over 15 minutes to check it in myself because I was using my phone browser and not the app. Once I downloaded the app, it was easy. I feel the employees at that location should have given me instructions on the return process if they weren't going to be there.

John GWhen I called U haul to reserve the truck i was not informed about the app for picking up the truck. I did not receive a gate code or any other instructions and had to literally call multiple times to get some to get the paperwork done. The gentleman running that location was an absolute great person to work with and got me on the road an hour late (at no fault of his)
