The person who rented it before me returned the truck 30 minutes late. I scheduled this location so I could go in and pick up in person. However, when I returned it, there was nobody at that location, even though it was during their business hours. It took me over 15 minutes to check it in myself because I was using my phone browser and not the app. Once I downloaded the app, it was easy. I feel the employees at that location should have given me instructions on the return process if they weren't going to be there.
Kimberly SOnline check in process was horrid. Everything else went beautifully and the Alex at Old Mill Country Store was insanely helpful.
Lelia OMy preference is to have the truck gas tank completely full when i pick it up. It just makes it easier to fill it up before you return it.
