When I called U haul to reserve the truck i was not informed about the app for picking up the truck. I did not receive a gate code or any other instructions and had to literally call multiple times to get some to get the paperwork done. The gentleman running that location was an absolute great person to work with and got me on the road an hour late (at no fault of his)
