Wonderful customer service, I forgot my trailer adapter and they gave me one! Couldn't ask for a nicer person and better customer experience. I was moving half way across the country after leaving the army and that really made my day. It was very much appreciated.

I was notified by telephone by U-haul of the drop off location. I had made several attempts to contact location by telephone and reeceived voicemail on three attempts. I arrived at location and when I got there sign was posted that manager was running errands, and would not return until 1:00 p.m. I went over to nearby U-haul and asked since other location was closed could I drop off there and was in formed by employees there that if I had left trailer there U-haul would charge me double if I left trailer there. I made several more attempts to call drop off location then finally I reached someone. I got to location and employee had me sign form and that was it. I had to ask employee where did he want me to leave trailer and he stated where I had parked it was fine. I asked of he had a chock block and he said no for where I was parked at was on an incline and trailer would roll. I had to remove trailer by myself relocate trailer by pushing it all by myself so that it would not roll. Through all of this I could not belive this that the whole time I was at location the employee never came outside to look at equipment that was being dropped off. Through all of this I have never seen or received such bad service at this location. I will say this the employee was not worried about coming outside in the heat, nor worrying if the trailer was even damaged. Bad Service. A full refund should be given , but U-haul wants to make money. A soldier

I feel that this location is not ready to meet Uhaul standards. I've rented many times from Uhaul but this location was limited in the things they are able to do. Example: A one way move to San Antonio, TX allows me so many miles. I've done this trip 4 times. The first 2 times I came short and was advice by the receiving agency that upon pick-up to just ask for additional miles, free of charge. This time I had to call the 800 number to get authorization. I also bought moving boxes but limited myself on just a few because they would not take back any un-used boxes like a Uhaul store would. Lastly, if an agency is to place a person in the front desk, that person should know he/she represents the agency and have customer service experience. I did not say much when picking up as to not slowdown the clerk. I needed to pick up equipment and get out of there.

We are always renting at Uhaul and we love the service of their representatives always no matter what location. Thank you for taking good care of us when we needed a truck. Keep it up !

Was charged for an extra day and extra mileage. I have used UHaul several times and never been dinged for a few extra miles. The mileage allowance was inadequate.

Make sure that there is someone on site to receive the equipment back. We waited over one hour to see someone show up and this was in the middle of the day!
