Your online process is a disaster. Logged into my account 4 times and said I had no reservation. Finally, 5th time worked. Then when I dropped off, again, login said I had no reservation. Location host helped me. Technology is great - when it works. I wasted 30 minutes trying to pull-up my reservation both before and after.

The employee from the store was extremely rude. Instead of offering to help he immediately questioned us as if we were doing something wrong and didn't identify that he was from the store until after an exchange. Instructions were also not clear and he didn't help. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Truck also was missing the equipment I paid for.

I reserved via on-line the truck for all day. when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that I could only have the vehicle for 4 hrs. there would be customer waiting for the truck at 11:00. the staff did nothing to help me or fix the problem.

Great experience with all things U-Haul, the staff at Reservations, Pickup Site, and Delivery Site were all excellent. Originally I had 4:30pm reservation at Budget Truck Rental, I showed up at 4:25pm and Pickup Site had sign on door saying closed at 1pm. I never received any notice ! U-haul stopped a potential disaster of our trip, and there is no reason to ever rent from anywhere else.

I rented and paid for an appliance dolly prior to picking up my rental. Not only was the person behind the counter clueless as to how to proceed with the check in process AFTER I already did the online check-in, but this location did not have the appliance dolly I had reserved. After finally getting a representative on the online chat (while simultaneously waiting on hold), a rep finally gave me a different number to call. I called that number and was told that I could pick up the dolly I needed from another location en route. Great. I got there, but the ONLY appliance dolly they had on hand had already been reserved by another customer. Somehow this other customer's reservation was more important than mine, and the agent at the facility told me that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to take it up with the location I picked up from - which is ridiculous considering that location had nothing to do with my reservation because I booked through uhaul directly. I finally convinced the attendant to at least let me borrow the dolly for an hour so I could complete my local load, but then I had to stop at yet another location closer to my final destination in order to pick up the dolly for the unload. Needless to say this was an incredibly disappointing experience. Somewhere along the line I was told I would be refunded the $12 for the dolly, but as I have a million and a half things going on in my life and no time or energy to put into fighting with uhaul for it, I won't hold my breath.

Employee took keys and said will send photos to Flagstaff. Not willing to go over truck with me. Later sent notice to Flagstaff to charge 50 cleaning fee, even though vehicle cleaned before dropping it off

You changed my location less than 24hrs before my move and I had to drive 20 miles farther...even though I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. What's the point of making a reservation if you don't know what you have. Also.. location was a dirty liquor store and lady wasn't wearing a mask and seemed confused I was returning. The process was entirely unorganized, unprofessional, and made my whole move more stressful

This pickup location was terrible. I went in and asked to pick up. The lady behind the counter turned around dialed a phone number and handed me the phone. Then I talked to a Uhaul rep who was clearly confused about what the lady behind the counter was doing. I will never go back to this pickup location. It was terrible.

The location was great. But I will never use Uhaul again. They lied to me. Changed my pick up location and made me pay extra because of it. Never again.

Correctly charge for services! My original charge was ~$54.00 for a 2-hour/25 mile van rental returned with the same fuel level. After the 1-hour/16 mile same fuel level return, the charges were increased to $74.05. How does 16 miles equate to charges of $26.13?

Although the pick up is at a liquor store, everything ran smoothly. Staff were very friendly and love that we have these trucks here in town since you have to pay for every mile driven. Overall, very happy. No issues with the truck.
