Uhaul was in parking lot of liquor store. Homeless person was sitting on our bumper when we arrived
Rosalie CWe reserved a 26 foot truck. It was all set. Not until we went to pick it up were we informed that they didn't have one. The biggest they had was 20 feet. We were not notified that this was the case, or given the option of seeing if another location had a 24 foot truck. We had a time constrained pickup to make, so we had to use a 20 foot truck. Several long items were hanging out over the edge with red flags attached, and we had to secure the cargo door open with straps as best we could. I'm sure if U-Haul had told us earlier, we could have found a 24 foot truck at another location. It made a difficult day even harder.
