Property owner was rude and unprofessional. When dropping off the uhaul there was very little space left to park it, I was not comfortable pulling the truck into such a tight spot. Owner came out and berated me for not parking in the tight spot. The spot that was there would not have had enough room to take the necessary photos for drop off. Secondly I was following instructions and put the key in the drop off slot. Owner again angrily confronted me for not handing her the key and putting it in the slot.
