The cost and fees were unclear. I was charged for additional items that I actually I did NOT want while reserving the UHaul online. The in-store representative was not helpful, except to continually tell me to "go online." Not really her fault as her English was minimal. It's fine, it all worked out, and I was reimbursed the extra unwanted charges. Also, you shouldn't charge mileage on top of the rental price. I guess that's just me, but it's expensive. I'll most likely try to find a far more inexpensive van/truck rental service next time. Nonetheless, thank you for following up.

Cesar CThe hispanic woman assisting me should have taken care of me since no one else was in the store. She took the key to the truck and asked if she could now help the 3 customers in line! Of course they stepped right up without even considering I was already transacting business. After waiting on them she got back to me ask8ng if I had the key. I told her she already had it as she then waited on another customer. I said you will need to find it. After 5 minutes she said I can't find it! I interjected again stating ahe had it and my friend who was with me said he saw her take the key from me. Again, I asked her if it was on the wall since that is where she walked when I gave her the key, and she said no, but once again, upon suggesting she check, she chuckled and said, here it is! I asked if she wanted to clear me by going to verify the gas tank was filled at 1/2 full and to verify the truck is clean which she replied a resounding, no. What a cluster screw this whole ordeal was.

AUSTIN MThere was a $15 "safe move coverage" which no one mentioned to me when I rented the truck and when I got my receipt that was on there. I wasn't given the option to put that on there and don't know if it's something that they just automatically put on there on there and don't tell you what it is.
DIXIE UDid not provide any confirmation of drop off. Was rude when asked for confirmation or even to take a picture proving the truck was dropped off, the lady refused.
Evera MI drove 26 miles and was charged for 40. I didn't buy insurance and was charged for it. I ended up paying double what I should have. And I'm waiting on a refund.
NICOLE CA windshield wiper blade was missing so you can't use the wipers. At night, when it's damp, it's very difficult to see having to get out to clean the windshield with a towel. Also. the seal around the door keeps coming off and falling down and catching me as I'm getting in and out of the truck.
DANIEL PI wasn't provided the equipment that I reserved. When I returned the truck I was charged $80 for a moving dolly that was never provided. I wasn't able to elaborate as the liquor store was busy with customers. I rented a moving dolly and two 4 wheels. I was given an appliance dolly and one 4 wheel. How can I be charged for equipment I was never provided. The store also didn't tell me that I'd need to complete additional check out via email. When I do a front desk check out of the equipment I expect to complete my transactions at the counter not through email. By the time I saw the email the link no longer worked and I couldn't declare the missing equipment as not provided. Stay away from this location! Your better off going to an actual Uhaul.

THERESA HUnable to communicate English vs Spanish. They were unable to find the extra items I had rented. Unable to provide me with a receipt except via email. Charged me for 6 blankets but they eventually found 1. Started my time when I arrived but with the delay in looking for blankets and apparently not being able to figure out the computer, I didn't leave until almost 30 minutes later.
Stacy OI requested a regular dolly and blankets. When I arrived to pick up the rental I found out there was no blankets at all. It would have been really helpful if a message telling me that the day before.
Vince CThe women was very brief did not explain anything about the vehicle. Tried to explain that I only needed the truck for 1 day but didn’t seem to care. She handed me the key once she verified everything and that was it. I had to search the lot for the truck! Worse system and experience I ever had from any business!!!! Also way overcharged for 1 day service less than 24 hours and paid over 400.00 plus gas!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Joseph RI’m no t happy that the price advertised (19.95), was not what I was charged! You added a very high unexplained or advertised, SERVICE FEE of 39.95! That doesn’t make me want to refer a friend!! Service Fees should be advised before not after!! Very disappointing!
Caren HI don't really have any comments on improving. The gentleman that helped me was absolutely wonderful. I came in last minute on a Friday evening to get this truck for Saturday and he accommodated me so gracefully. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a U-haul. I will certainly go back to them in the future.

Brandy PThe poor woman working at the liquor store was the only one there! She had to take care of the store and try to get the rental for us. They did not have the extra equipment we rented with the truck set aside, she had to dig through cabinets to find the items. They didn’t even have the dolly we reserved, or enough blankets. I felt So bad for her! We were there about 40 minutes picking up the truck next time we will try a different location.

james RThe app is trash. Wasted 40 minutes trying to get my information approved just to have to go and talk to someone and have them approve me in person. When returning the app lagged bad trying to upload the return pictures.
Mikey RI registered online, but when I got there, the woman didn't know what she was doing. We waited 42 minutes while she spoke to someone on the phone in Spanish. We had an appointment, so I took the phone from her and ended up having to go through the whole process again! The woman was completely useless. Then we got the key, only to see the truck was behind a dumpster, so we moved the dumpster and went back and forth to get out of the tight spot because a car was parked on the other side of the dumpster! The lady never left the store to check out the truck with us.The absolute worst experience of "service" I've ever had in my adult life! I've used U-Haul before at other locations and know this is absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn't even give them one star for it was far below "poor". It was pathetic.
Jeffrey RThe lady who works at the liquor store didn’t know what she was doing and it took me about 45 minutes to get my truck.
Reggie MThe van ran well, but was not very clean. There was dirt and sand on the seats, floors, and bed. There was a little other debris in the bed as well. I brushed some out. I just needed it for an hour to move a twin mattress set. I left it cleaner than I received it. It would be nice if the van was inspected and swept out, if needed, between rentals.

But, he was very nice and helped me get on my way quickly and easily with no hassle. I really appreciated that.

gustavo mI was charged for 2 days, and I only had the truck for 6 hours (11AM to 5PM). When I received the bill there was a charge of $25.00 that I had not authorized. Very dirty truck and there were some maintenance issues on the dashboard. I was charged $98, and the bill should have only been around $50.

Osvaldo ALocation is not a U-Haul store and not well identified as a U-Haul place. Only way it's OK is convenience. Persons in the location were friendly and helpful.
