We were left to remotely pick up our truck when I clearly requested an in person pick up. The store closed on Thursday, the day before. A sign was on the door, they closed up for Labor Day which is the following Monday. The Uhaul representative stated they were not informed the location was closed. We got a late start, trying to get the truck and watch remote videos to get the key, the app asking for the same information, and ending up having to get Customer Service on the phone to help. We lost about an hour of time fooling around with that. I'll never us a remote service, not by choice. Uhaul wants the business, they need to hire people to work. UHG!!!
