Rude and charged me for dropping off truck at different location she was really angry at me for that rude rude rude and I want my money back that she changed me for not returning truck on time but I did bring truck back and took pictures of everything Just dropped it off on time at different location sorry
Michael O5 stars for the manager at this location, she was courteous and helped me checkout the uhaul truck. Language barrier might be an issue here for some since the person manning the front desk did not speak English.

Uhaul could not find the truck that I dropped off and made it my issue by having to call them back 3 times, stay on hold for an hour total atleast, and then stole money out of my account because they couldn't find the truck, and now I can't get a hold of anyone to fix the issue, and when I finally did she hung up on me. I will never use uhaul again. This is completely unacceptable. Not only that the representative I picked it up from was really rude and not helpful and mismarked the gas sheet by a quarter of a tank.
Sabrina MI had a 10am appointment and the person didn't show up until 1030am. She was nice enough after she arrived, but the whole experience turned me off to uhaul forever. I've been a costumer for 30 years and I made the reservation at the location down the block from my storage unit. A few days before I was to pick up the truck and trailer, I was informed that I had to drive 10 miles to get the truck, then to another location to puck up the trailer, costing me more money and time. This was not the fault of this particular dealer, but couple the frustration of having to travel out of the way to get the equipment with the person renting me the truck being a half an hour late has soured me. I will no longer do business with a company that changes the reservation locations. What's the point of making a reservation weeks in advance?

Felix CI had to wait 1 hour to get my truck that I reserved online. I was handed the keys and no one verified the info of the truck I was given. I was called later that day and asked the mileage and fuel. When done, I cleaned the truck out and returned it the way I received it. With no notice, theyl charged me $25 for cleaning the truck that was already clean. Worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. Disappointed in every way.
Karial LLady spoke no English, just took a copy of my credit card and licence, s a id boss no here, gave me the truck with no paperwork. They also sell hair and health products,they do,imcome tax, imigration papers, divorce, Tps papers and notary public, Didn't know Uhaul provided these services. I'm an honest man and allowed them to have me sign and do the paperwork after I returned the truck. I had no paperwork could've walked away and not be charged.
samuel sThe equipment performed as expected but was somewhat dirty inside, but it was an open trailer and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. There was no one to help hook the trailer up but the lady that rented it to me was super nice and did come out to try and help.

carlos SThe trailer had a lock on it and we had to drive to TWO other Uhaul Places to have the lock cut off before we were able to use the trailer. There wasn't anyone there who could hook up the trailer either.

Juan GI can't particularly say it was their fault I had to go to three different locations to pick up the trailer If you would've had your act together I would not have chased around three counties trying to locate the equipment that I rented weeks prior
