Terrible. I turned my equipment in a day early and they didn’t check it in so I got emails from U-Haul for an entire week after saying I didn’t return my vehicle and it was going to be reported stolen. U-Haul could not get into contact with the business and I had to get on numerous customer service calls in order to get it sorted out. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this business, impossible to get a hold of too. I don’t even know how they are allowed to do business with U-Haul anymore because there is no reason I should be getting a vehicle reported stolen when I turn it in early.
Hunter CThe add on equipment was missing when I picked up the uhaul. I unchecked it on the app options when I picked the truck up and had to buy my own dolly mind you 200 dollars. I drop off the truck and the rep was like well we still have to charge you. Well uhaul has gone down in good service when they adopted the app and picking up out of business hours. If I had the capital and investment opportunity I would open up a. Counter business to put you out of business. Bad service. Min maxing the pay margins I’m feeling it and I bet everyone else is as well. Keep it up and I hope someone challenges your bad practices.
Christopher KThe drop off location changed twice and the final place was in a bad section of town with just a drop box. I had to download the app and do a self check in, which no one told me about in advance. Worst moving experience of my life.
JOHN DRude and charged me for dropping off truck at different location she was really angry at me for that rude rude rude and I want my money back that she changed me for not returning truck on time but I did bring truck back and took pictures of everything Just dropped it off on time at different location sorry
