We booked the 10’ truck on the UHaul website. When we arrived at the gas station / UHaul site, the lady behind the counter had no idea how to handle the rental. She called a guy that took 10 mins to get to the store. We requested furniture pads, a furniture dolly, and a hand truck dolly. We only received the hand truck but the guy charged us for the other items without giving them to us. When we returned the truck, he did not refund us the money for the missing moving supplies and was difficult to deal with. We paid the extra $17 just to get on with our day, and he said that we could talk to U-Haul customer service if we wanted our money back. I would drive out of my way to rent a truck somewhere else.
