The location was not my first preference. The address sent to me via u-haul for pick up took me to a location 24 minutes away from Malmo Market. That was frustrating. I had called the market the day before letting them know I would be slightly late to my pick up time and they were fine with that. The incorrect address made me 30 mins later and the individual who ran the u-haul portion was not there when I arrived. The clerk called her on the phone and she said she did not know there was a pick up (but I spoke to someone the day before) and it would be about 20 minutes until she arrived. The young woman who assisted me was upbeat and very kind once she arrived. The check out process was very lengthy. Everything was online and quite confusing as to what needed to be uploaded and what boxes to check. None of this was her fault. It seems ridiculous that I had to scan a QR code and upload my license even tho the clerk had already entered all my license data, Scanning my license took at least 15 mins when it could have taken two seconds for the clerk could simply confirm it was me by checking a box because I was standing right in front of her.
