I was originally directed to another location near Trenton which was closed. There seemed to be some confusion with UHaul not knowing I could not drop the trailer at the original site (Gators). Customer service was excellent when i reached out to them and found an alternative location.

The front passenger headlight and fiberglass frame had been damaged and not reported or repaired I used my packing tape to stabilize the head light as there was no other truck at this location. Other than that we had no trouble,truck ran great

The place was clean and tiddy. Man there was curtious and helpful. I was in and out no problems.

Condition was not up to par. Rear door latch was missing parts. Tires are out of round terribly. Lack of maintenance, not on locations fault. Mechanics are not doing a thorough job. Tires will blow soon if not changed.
