The attendant at this location is very rude She kept me waiting and had to call someone on the phone to help out and was still saying a lot of rude stuff without apologizing for keeping me waiting and after I let them know one of the tire was flat at pick up… she was like ‘then go fix it’ Won’t recommend the store

The location is inside of a convenience store, which I was not aware of initially. I had not uploaded my drivers license and the clerk had to call someone else to provide instructions in between that I'm waiting until other people have been served to continue my service. There was a lot of back and forth. Not convenient at all! I had requested a dolly online, there was none! Which was a huge inconvenience! I was charged for it, plus insurance I had rejected.
