After hours easy Drop off.
RYAN AI needed a car hauler to rescue a family member. The local store had me up and moving within 20 minutes. HOWEVER, when it came to the return, the local shop was closed due to their own family emergency . So I called the U-Haul customer service line and was reminded why US based customer service sucks. That is why I didn’t give a 5 star rating.

David SI only required the truck for 1 day. I was charged over 300.00 plus gas for it. I didn’t even have the truck for 10 hours. Daily rate rental appears to be only for in town. Pick up and deliver to same location. When a person requires a U- Haul, usually they are picking it up in one location, moving and need to deliver truck at another location. U-hauls advertisement is misleading. Great marketing strategy, yet not ethical.

Sherry WVery helpful. Customer service arrived 15 minutes before opening at 0900. Although I dropped the trailer off at 0824 and went to get some coffee, when I returned at 0850 to confirm everything was alright, he was already moving the trailer to a storage location to free up the drop off spot next to the office. Great service in Omak as always.
