Clerk was nasty to me! He was rude and impatient! He also forced me to purchase an insurance plan even tho I opted out when I made reservations on the website! I also made clerk aware that the gas was not on full and also took pictures! I made sure the gas need was in the same place upon return and also took pictures, but was still charged an extra $20.50.
