I returned the truck in the early afternoon before the scheduled time. Nobody was at the location. I called the phone number on the business sign and was instructed to leave the key in the outdoor drop box and text a photo of the dashboard showing the mileage and gas tank level. I later received a bill that included an after hour return fee and a cleaning fee. I called to complain that neither fee was appropriate and was told that I would be contacted by an area manager. I was never contacted and my card was charged these extra fees. I have used U-Haul for several one-way moves over the years, but will never do so again.

The truck was there but the trailer was 60 miles away

DILLON DApp did not work correctly. I had difficulty returning the trailer through the app. There was almost no room to park the trailer.
