The truck had a strong, unpleasant odor when I picked it up. Additionally, the gas station attendant informed me that as long as the truck was returned before 11:45, I would not be charged for an additional day. I returned the truck within approximately two hours of renting it and returned it with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up. I placed the key in the designated lockbox on Monday morning. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I had been charged for an additional day as well as a fuel charge. Thankfully, I had taken pictures documenting the condition and fuel level of the truck when I returned it. After speaking with customer service through chat, I was advised that the truck was not checked in until Monday. However, the gas station has camera surveillance that should clearly show me returning the truck within two hours of renting it. I have also attempted to contact the location directly, but the phone number provided does not appear to work, making it extremely difficult to resolve this issue with the actual location. The gas station attendant was also very difficult to understand due to a language barrier and had to contact someone else for assistance. This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional. Had I not taken the time to carefully review my receipt, I would have been overcharged for both an additional rental day and fuel that I did not use. I am requesting that the additional day and fuel charges be reviewed and removed, as I have documentation supporting when I returned the truck and the fuel level at the time of return. Based on this experience, I would not recommend renting from this particular location.

Todd WAttendant was rude and short with me. She was difficult to understand, yet she was impatient and discourteous. She didn't want to give me a receipt, so I had to take a picture of the paperwork. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They really need some major customer service training.

There was trash from a previous renter dock paperwork on the dash, floor in cargo area needed swept looked like mud from boots dried up on the floor.

DANIEL MIt was a gas station and the guy there didn’t know what to do so he had to call someone. They did not have the 24 blankets I requested and gave me a furniture dolly instead of a utility dolly. The process took a very long time.
