It was after hours, so it makes sense that no one was there to help; I called the number on my receipt and the person receiving my call was absolutely not helpful in directing me.

It was a beast getting the turn in accomplished using technology especially when the customer is 67 years old and only uses his phone for calls. The woman on the phone was unprofessional and rude.

MICHAEL MThe gentleman running the shop was very friendly and efficient, getting me in and out quickly. The location is set up a little odd with the parking lot set separate from the office so i had to drive and park a couple times. There was very limited parking at the office as it was a used car lot, very full of inventory. He hooked up my equipment well and I was on my way pretty quickly. There appeared to be a problem there with theft of the trailer wiring (it was missing on my trailer, and one other, so he had to get a replacement wiring assembly) and a problem with people going in the trailers (the door had been left open and the inside was filled with tree debris that i needed to sweep out). The equipment performed well on the road and I had no issues with it mechanically. The tie down bars inside the trailer were very worn. They were peeling off of the sides of the walls in several spots so could not be used at each juncture to secure my load. There was a cut electrical wire hanging off the bottom of the trailer that I noticed while packing as well. It didn't affect the lights, so not sure what it went to, but it was still a bit disconcerting. The remainder was normal wear and tear but functioned fine.

WILLIAM SVisited numerous times during open hours but was not open and no one there. Called numerous displayed phone numbers numerous times with no answer. Left messages. Truck was left with keys in drop box at 10:30 AM and received receipt that truck was returned 4:30 PM. Considering the small shop appearance with possible single operator and that the truck was checked in the same day I rated it “average” for same day check-in despite the lack of on-site service during business hours.
WILLIAM CThe place was closed early afternoon on a Saturday. No employees to answer questions. I had to complete the process on my phone, and the app was very slow...wasn't sure it would work. left the keys and contract in the drop box.
AMY GI returned the vehicle a day early. Man at the location said he would check it in for me and email me my receipt. The next day, i started receiving text messages that my truck was due in a couple hours. After making several phone calls and chatting through the app, I finally got through to a live person who assured me I would get credit for returning my vehicle on time, even though your system was showing it still active.
timothy hI was overcharged. The box truck was dirty and noisy. The first time from U-Haul and the last time. I rented a box truck from Homedepot the next day for less than half the price and I didn’t get charged for mileage.

MATTHEW FThe self check in at 7 this morning took two verification calls. If someone was picking up this vehicle at 2 am calling someone at that time would be pretty bad. I finally got the keys after about a half hour.

JULIUS SDropped off truck at 2:45pm on a Tuesday during normal business hours when no one available or present. Left keys in Drop box. Called next day. No one answered, so left voice mail message that truck was dropped off day before and needs to be checked in. Called UHaul 800 number and let them know truck has not been processed. Thursday received message from local dealer that truck has not been turned in. I returned call to let them know it was dropped off two days earlier and to check the drop box for the keys. Received return call apologizing and that the truck was processed.

ROBERT GThe location this trailer was picked up at on point auto sales was very unprofessional. No one there when I went in, so I called. He sighed really loud and said hold on and hung up. He was in the back screaming “mother F******s want to come when I’m trying to eat can’t they read the f****** sign on the door?!” There was no sign on the door because he didn’t put it up . When he came out I said I heard you yelling just fyi there is no sign on your door. Regardless I had an appointment. Then he complains that U-Haul screwed him over as the trailer I had was no back yet and now he’s gone give me the one for another local customer. Very unprofessional.

Drew SThe person working here was not very helpful. It seemed like all he wanted was for me, the customer, to be out of the shop even though I was asking questions about purchasing a U-haul rental. Additionally, I believe it was this employee that caused a mix up regarding the trailer that we picked up and dropped off in a different location. Because of the employee's lack of accountability, I got blamed for not dropping off the trailer in Cincinnati however it was because he inputted the wrong license plate! This was not a good U-haul experience and I probably won't use Uhaul again.
