This is my second U-Haul rental this year, and both experiences were dreadful. I filled out everything online and when I get to the location to pick up my vehicle both times I was 30 to 40 minutes before I finally left with the vehicle. The process is way too long way to involved I can’t imagine someone who struggles with technology. And the first time the lady at the counter, took my phone and did everything and it still took 40 minutes. The system was slow responding and then when we called a representative to help, then we had to wait to get through a customer service representative. Should just be fill out your information with a valid drivers license and payment card and a code should be sent to the lockbox so you can just open the box. Take the keys and go.
