This was a rough experience. I booked the 10' truck last week for Sunday. Then on Friday, I received a call that it was no longer available. So, they offered an upgraded 15' truck at no charge, but at a different pickup location. We arrive Sunday to pick up the truck at the Ramada Inn, and it's literally sitting in the parking lot. But they never checked it in. Then the desk clerk says the UHaul system was done, meaning I was unable to take the truck. So, the virtual chat was no help via the app. I'm on a phone call with Uhaul for 30 minutes trying to find a truck. The only one (allegedly) was a 26' truck. This was WAY too much truck for me to move a bedroom suite and varying boxes. But I had to take what I could get. Then, we get to the 26' truck 1.5hrs behind schedule, and the photos won't upload into the app. The truck shook terribly in lower gears and I was worried about it breaking down on me. I didn't feel safe, but had no choice except to use what I had. The only plus of the pick-up location was the ease of using the dropbox/key.

Joy OWe booked a truck and moving supplies of a hand truck, dolly, and moving blankets from this location, and the reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival, they stated our reservation was for another location. I showed them the reservation and they said they would make it work. I then got a phone call from the location I knew nothing about, angry that I was late. Further, no supplies needed were available at the location I had a confirmation with. Ended up getting the truck, but no moving supplies. Truck was clean, and staff were friendly, but U-Haul system needs work.

CURTIS TMake sure you have equipment available and or updated store hours of drop off/pickup locations. I drove around not once, not twice, but three times AND still had to drive a bigger truck than originally booked for. I rented your vehicle and kept it clean and put gas back in it yet I’m only compensated a $50 return. No one compensated me for my time and or gas driving around location to location. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of time to spare.

RICARDO PThis location was great, I dropped off after hours. However, there was limited space to return the trailer. Right as I was trying to maneuver my car to back up the trailer, another customer sped into the lot, blocking me. It made it very difficult for me to back up the trailer. I also wish we had better instructions for unhooking the trailer.
