No one was in the office when we arrived at the designated time, 9am on Friday. The area is sketchy. The back door of the truck was very sticky and got stuck a couple of times. I called the number at the bottom of the confirmation email and JoAnn was incredibly helpful, patient and helped us navigate the pick up. She was WONDERFUL!
