Clean up parking area and around the building. Had to dodge trash and overgrown lot to retrieve truck,and the keys from drop box. The bicycle under the drop box is a trip hazard. Requested picking up keys and rental check in at the business, no one there at time of rental. Had to call Uhaul and check in online to be able to get truck and keys. Wasted an hour of work day trying to get truck. Door on truck was left partially open. Rain had collected in drivers door, and in floorboard of truck. And again at drop off, no one at the business.
