Mary McCargoI orig. rented from this location. the pick-up time was set for 8am. they didn't open until 9 am. At 9:15 am I went to get the trailer. The man in charge of Uhaul would not be in until 10 am. This was the WORST place I've ever been in. I will be hard pressed before I ever go there again.

Come to find out uhaul double booked and then had to go to a different town to pick up a truck and then had to pay more mileage for our move. Would not recommend uhaul for movers
DEWAYNE MORRISI returned the truck yesterday at the Bishopville SC location. I received a bill saying the truck was returned today at 9:00am . That is not correct and the truck was cleared before it was returned. Why was I charged an additional $100.00 . I did not keep the truck 6 hours!!!!!!! But was charged for 24 hour usage!!!!

LOIS JACKSONThis is a minimart type store that does Uhaul as a side source of income. I was happy to be able to drop the trailer off in the small town that was my destination. The person in the store helped me get the 6x12 trailer off my hitch as I could not get if off myself, I greatly appreciated that.

WILLIAM HENRYVery unprofessional, not a safe location, charged us for gas when we restored tank above where uhaul originally gave us, charged cleaning fee when it was better than how we received it because we swept it out and then when we disputed he was very rude and threatening. We will be filing a complaint, going to the media about his actions and giving the location a bad review. We will let the community know not to patronize this location and if uhaul doesn’t restore our money we will go to media regarding that
