They did not know what they were doing and showed that I didn’t return the truck until the next day when I actually turned it in earlier and was overcharged and they can’t get the overcharge corrected so I was charge $35.00 more than I should have been charged. No one at U-Haul seems to care and I am not a happy customer and will not be happy until someone gets the error corrected
