The 20' truck was late for our pick up location @ 3:00pm and the lady still charged me starting @ 3:00pm. The cab of the truck smell extremely bad, and bed of the truck was dirty and sticky. They don't even clean the trucks before handing it to the next customer. The lady in the front counter doesn't know how to do simple math and wanted to charge me double of the miles that I put in.Ruben P.

The vehicle has an overly offensive cat urine odor. The odor was so strong that it stay in my clothes way after I got home. I had to immediate shower to get rid of the odor. I can only assume the previous renter had cats or animal in the vehicle and the vehicle was never properly cleaned. The smell was actually a nightmare and I prolong on returning the vehicle cuz I was afraid to sit in the vehicle. The car itself.ran great and the staff service was friendly.tony U.

The truck rented had absolutely no heater. We traveled through California, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado with temperatures averaging 20 degrees Fahrenheit. I expect compensation for this hardship. The truck had poor steering; the drag link is worn and requires replacement. The headlights are as dim as candlelight. Contact me immediately with confirmation that these items will be addressed or I will contact the Department of Transportation and ensure that it is accomplished. The rudest disrespectful owners of this U-Haul center. The truck gas indicator did not work. We put $10, another $10, gate still didn't move, another $10, then another $10 gauge again did move then another $10 gauge again didn't move until we had to drive about a quarter block then all of a sudden we were at 3/4 tank well we only needed to put half a tank. We show them all five receipts and requested if they could give us a small credit maybe 20 or $30 towards a gas since the gauge was not working. They told us to go get a hose and suck the gas out we were not going to get any credit whatsoever. Yelled at us and told us to get off the property when all we want it was a small credit because their truck was not working. Don't use this place they are either prejudice or they're going to scam you so that they can continue to get the truck back always with more then what you're supposed to put in. Total scamâ€¦ I will be reporting this to corporate.Peter G.

First of all I regret to report that this place has been the worst service I have had, the staff very rude when it comes to delivering the truck and I had to wait 1:30 to pick up my truck, since the U-haul manager In this location he is not there all the time, thanks to that it was very late to finish the things I had to move and I did not reach the day, so it was a waste of time to rent a U-haul ... . I do not know if it is the place where I rent or all U-haul is the same, I do not know if I would rent another truck some day ... very bad experience for me I hope they do something with the manager of that placeâ€¦Oscar G.

The young lady who helped us at the uHaul location/liquor store was extremely helpful. As helpful as she could be because her computer didn't work. When we returned the van the next day, a different young lady helped and again, the computer did not work but she was just as helpful as the young lady from the day before. So these cashiers have a helpful nature but need to be equipped with the necessary â€œworkingâ€ tools to complete these transactions.Elaine L.

Very small and busy parking lot means parking is very difficult. Waiting for a spot for a 20' truck could take a while. Location is very easy to see and find from the street. But if there weren't other u-haul trucks parked there, it would have been very difficult to find.Andrew H.

One Stop market was the second location I visited, and service was great. At location 1, I had a bad experience using your app - when trying to go through the after hours check in process, the app told me I had an invalid rental. This was despite the fact that I had spoken to the location manager the day before and had received a text with a reservation confirmation. So, your customer service had to find me another location - this ended up costing me time on a very busy day.John L.

In fact, the only reason I was able to return was because â€œDebbieâ€ at One Stop Market helped.
