I fill the gas same level with before. But I was charged fuel like over $18 something. And I put this note when I made return through the online. But nothing changed. I really disappointed and never use again U Haul service!!!!

The employee was poorly trained and unprepared to handle our request. I specifically asked whether my friend could be added as an authorized driver, and he confirmed that it was possible. He took my friend’s driver’s license but failed to add him to the rental agreement. He also did not update our requested drop-off location. As a result, we had to drive farther than expected, exceeded our allotted mileage, and were charged additional fees.
Shrutik SOne Stop Market was the BEST! We were able to pick our truck up 4 hours early, and when we were running a little late on the return, they agreed to give us the extra hour without charge! They didn't have to do that, but the One Stop Market clerk remembered us and said 'no problem!' Truck worked perfect for our needs!
erick EThe location is a little sketchy with local vagrants hanging around, but that is not the manager’s fault.
Rebecca SFullerton location was fine accept when I scheduled the uhaul, I also submitted a request for additional help with movers. Two days before my move, the reservation for the additonal movers was lost and I had to go with another company (not thru Uhaul) I was very disappointed and ended up having to spend additional money to get it set up.
