When I arrived to pick up the truck, "the system was down." I feel for the owners of the store because Uhaul's entire system was bogged down and inaccessible, leaving me and an untold number of other travelers stranded. Uhaul customer service could only offer "try turning it off and on again." I was encouraged to go away and wait an indefinite period of time. Two bad Uhaul experiences back to back.

Trailer and Towing Supplies
The woman who rented me the truck made my experience perfect. She was so nice and informative. She worked at the location I picked the truck up.
Small "handi-mart" location convenient for local needs.
The outside of the truck was filthy and the back door was broken. I had to call Roadside Assistance and they discovered that the cables were broken.
The truck was not ready, Keyes we're not found until 30 minutes after we arrived. The person helping was by herself also in charge of the market. She kept having customers and was unable to help us for 30 minutes. She was very polite though. We were given the keys and then they told us to stop because they left equipment in the truck
Illegal activity happing outside this liquor store. Saw at least 3 deals while waiting 5 minutes for my ride home.
I was very happy with this facility, they went to another facility and picked up the car carrier for me and attached it to the 26†mover I was renting and boy was I lucky, the vehicle was NEW with only 86 miles on it, it ran smoothly all the way from CA to NC, staff was GREAT.
Order a Appliance dolly and didn't get it and truck had no ramp
This was my worst nightmare. The day before, U-Haul changed my location 20 minutes away from me. I was forced to now pickup my truck at a liquor mart. When I arrived at 8am the location was still closed. I called customer service to complain. While I was waiting, one of the people who was there said that the person who runs the liquor mart is late everyday. On top of that, it was apparently her birthday and she most likely went out the night before. The owner came to unlock the doors at 8:30am which forced me to also push back my movers. Absolutely unacceptable.
A big thank you to the rep! He saved the day!
Wasn't a u-haul storefront but they were very nice to work with and the process went smoothly.
We have rented twice there and had good customer service.
Great costumer service... clerk what very polite and helpful ... so yea this guy definitely deserves 5stars
I was told one price and then I was charge additional amount
I tried to conveniently use my phone to rent the uhaul but it was the worst experience. I followed all the instructions and didn't worked properly. I wait 2 hours until I had to cancel and use my friends credit card instead. Horrible phone "convenience" experience.
Need to hire an extra person to handle the rental too many people waiting to pay for groceries
worst service and over charge was told one price on pickup and when I took it back the gentleman had a different quote then the lady in the morning very roud and I told him the worker in the morning diDNT give me my paper receipt he said I lied I really fill I should get a refund
Great guys with great service
Vehicle was filthy inside and out. With Covid.-19 requirements I expected at least the cab would be clean. Windshield wipers were falling apart, if it would have been a one way rental for I don't think a different location would have accepted the truck in that condition
Everyone was helpful and fast.
It was quick and efficient. The man receiving the truck was cordial and helpful.
Everyone was friendly and professional from pick up to return. The vehicle performed well and met my expectations.
The vehicle was full of dog hair and dirt and smelled like wet dog.
I went just 66 miles and the truck used over a 1/4 tank of gas. I drove very conservatively. how in the world would you take one any real distance?
