There were many avenues available to rent uhaul equipment and it became confusing at one point, but I got it eventually and all went well.
mike sI asked for counter pickup. There was no one there. I used the ring doorbell to, perhaps, alert someone in the back that I was at the door. A woman got on the line and said no one was there. She then asked if I had a reservation, which I did. She told me the reservation was for self-pickup. That is not what I booked. I proceeded to follow the instructions for self-pick up. Then the truck was dirty and smelly, with barely a quarter tank of gas. Please place was a mess, the truck was a mess and the service was a mess.

Vivek Pit was first time with the self service app thing. It was a little frustrating but now that I have gone through the process, I like it.
Christopher KThe Dolly and blankets were not loaded into the truck. I had to go to another uhaul location to pick them up.
Ronnie LWorst experience. No people at location. Basically a rundown building with a lock box. Had to talk to a ring camera to confirm that I was in the right place. Then I get another charge for what they said was gas and damage and or missing items.
