So Guthries uhaul is where I was originally supposed to drop off the uhaul but they weren’t open Thursday night when we got in. My dad dropped the uhaul off at the one stop shop that was open. They couldn’t give him the deposit back. Said Guthries could. So we went the next day. Turned the dolly in. They told my dad to go down the road to the other uhaul to get his deposit. We did. That place, other Guthrie, told us to go back to the one stop shop. Get the uhaul and bring back to Guthries or we would be charged 3x more. So we drove 30 mins back to one stop shop. My dad talked to the uhual field manager. He said we didn’t have to return the uhaul and the deposit would be mailed to him. So we wasted 30 mins driving there for nothing. They need to get the right info to Guthries.

JASON Hwhen i picked up that uhaul it had 3/4 tank i dropped it off the same thank about this i was charged for 10 miles yet you charged me for 7 gallons of gas really!!!! i will be calling about this
Jon RTruck leaked and my couch and a bunch of boxes got wet, the location of drop off and pick up were courteous. The truck battery was also bad.
Bobby CI don’t normally take the time to comment, but I have to for this rental. Firstly, I had my rental set up for Thursday morning pickup. I was ahead of schedule, called and talked to Joey at One Stop Shop. He got my pickup moved up to Wednesday evening. Great. When I got there it was dark and raining. Without hesitation Joey went into action and helped me hook up and finished the rental paperwork quickly, again in a dark and rainy night. He walked me through all the strapping, and connected all the safety gear. Did I say it was RAINING? He didn’t hesitate to make sure I was good to go and sent me off with “Safe travels, call if you need anything”. I wish all customer service was done this way. Joey deserves a raise and an “atta-boy” from his higher ups, if not the CEO. I didn’t catch his last name, but there can’t be too many Joeys - find him and recognize his service to your company. I owned a company, and have supervised crews operating a nuclear reactor, and believe me when I tell you you are lucky to have Joey working for you. Respectfully, Dave McConnell.

Carter KThe location was convenient and had the equipment I needed. The staff hardly spoke English. The equipment was a flatbed trailer, and the top was covered in oil. I mentioned it to the guy and he seemed like it was no problem.
Scott JDrop off was at a local gas station. Honestly, the store itself was small and very cluttered but that shouldnt be an issue with anyone as it is just a drop-off location. The gentleman who worked with me was very personable and friendly. The return process was very easy.
Robin NEmployees didn’t know how to open the lockbox for the keys. Truck only had 1/3 tank of gas
